Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies by piece and will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. No exceptions.
Health & Safety
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it is not safe to proceed. Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or sunburned in the area to be tattooed.
Custom Artwork
Custom designs created for your tattoo are original artwork by sarahstarz and are intended for your personal use only. Please do not share, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without permission. Flash designs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be tattooed on multiple clients unless marked as a one-of-one piece.
Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up is offered within 3 months of your original appointment, provided you followed the aftercare instructions given to you. Touch-ups beyond this window are subject to the shop minimum rate.
Liability
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, and scarring. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. sarahstarz is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
